Reliable Fire and Safety Consultancy (RESC) is a 100% Liberian owned Fire and Safety Business. The idea about forming the company came about in 2016, with a team of trained specialist personnel fully committed to the fire and safety requirements of the commercial, government and industrial sectors. In August 2018 the company was registered with a business registration number: 052115515 and a Tax Payer Identification Number: 500839355. Hence, Reliable Fire and Safety Consultancy saw the needs to venture into the Fire and Safety business to help protect the lives, property, and environment from fires, emergency incidents, and disasters through preparedness, prevention, education, training, and emergency response. Reliable Fire and Safety Consultancy operates from the building adjacent Maryland Guest house located at Sayetown 3rd Street Sinkor, Monrovia Liberia. RISC provide fire and safety experts’ trainings, assessment, management, and prevention referrals to clients and equipment providers to commercial and government organizations, businesses and, entertainment centers, homes and, eventually special event venues and other clients in Monrovia and its environs. Mr. Darse Seward is the CEO/Founder of Reliable Fire and Safety Consultancy. He worked for UNMIL as Fire Safety Officer from (2008 – 2018) and holds a Bachelor Degree in Public Administration from the University of Liberia with several advanced certificates and diplomas in Fire and Safety Preventions and Awareness, Risk Management and First Responders

Mr. Darse Leela Seward is a Liberian who is married with 3 children.

He obtained his bachelor’s degree in Public Administration with emphasis in Economics from the University of Liberia. He also holds several advanced diplomas and certificates in Fire and Safety Management, including:
